<p>I’m Dana Reyes, owner and lead inspector at Gridline. I started the company to give buyers a report they can actually use: clear, drawn, and honest about what matters.</p>
Before inspecting, I spent twelve years as a framing carpenter and site supervisor. That background means I know how houses are built, where they tend to fail, and how to explain it without the jargon.
