Yes, if you can. Join us for the last hour and we will walk you through what we found, in person.
The next day, by email: a PDF with a drawn elevation, photos and a one-page summary of defects.
No. An inspection is not pass or fail. It documents the condition of the house so you can decide, negotiate or plan.
A standard inspection is visual and non-invasive. We don’t open walls, check code compliance or inspect for pests unless you add a specialist service.
Yes: at foundation, pre-drywall and final walk-through, plus an 11-month check before the builder’s warranty ends.
No. We never offer repairs on homes we inspect, so our findings stay independent.
It depends on the size and age of the home and any add-ons. Call or request a time and we’ll quote it up front.
